These terms govern membership and use of the HUMANOVA club's services. Please read them carefully: they describe what we offer, what you pay and what your rights are.

1.Who we are

HUMANOVA ("HUMANOVA", "the Club", "we") is a brand and service operated by TIMAGI CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, with registered office at [registered address], Dubai (UAE), licence no. 2.Subject of the service

HUMANOVA is a services club dedicated to people interested in domestic humanoid robotics. The membership fee is the consideration for the services described in art. 5 below and is due in exchange for their provision.

Membership does not constitute the purchase, nor the binding reservation, of any robot. No availability date, brand or absolute price of a robot is guaranteed by the Company.

3.Membership and fee

Membership is completed by filling in the enrolment form, accepting these Terms and paying the annual fee of €149 (VAT included where applicable). Upon completion, the member receives a progressive priority number, which determines the order of precedence in the services that provide for it.

4.Credit from the first fee

The first annual fee paid by each member accrues a credit of equal value (€149), usable as a discount on an eligible purchase made through the Club of €1,500 or more, according to the methods, validity and exclusions indicated at the time of use. The credit is not convertible into cash.

5.Included services

  • Assignment and maintenance of the priority number;
  • Independent technical advice on robots ("party-appointed technical expert");
  • Access to the expert hotline and the Club's periodic reports;
  • Invitations to members-only events (Demo Days);
  • Access to the catalogue of products that have passed the HUMANOVA exam on safety, privacy and support;
  • The guaranteed minimum discount and, when the catalogue launches, the first year of the HUMANOVA Care service under the terms in force.

6.Minimum guaranteed discount

The Club guarantees by contract a minimum 10% discount on the launch price of the product selected in the HUMANOVA catalogue. Any discounts above 10% are a goal linked to the Club's bargaining power and do not constitute a promise or guarantee.

7.Economic examples

The examples and amounts on the site (e.g. the benefit calculation on a hypothetical price of €20,000) are purely illustrative and do not constitute a price forecast or a commitment by the Company.

8.Duration, renewal and withdrawal

Membership lasts one year. Renewal occurs only with the member's express consent; in the absence of renewal, the member loses the priority number (which moves down in favour of subsequent members) and access to the services, without prejudice to the use of credit already accrued under the relevant terms.

The consumer member has the right to withdraw within 14 days of membership, without giving reasons, with full refund of the fee, except for services already used at their express request.

9.HUMANOVA Care and Rental

The support service (HUMANOVA Care) and the all-inclusive rental will be available when the humanoid catalogue launches and are governed by specific terms, communicated at activation. For members, the first year of Care is included under the terms in force.

10.Financing and instalment payments

Any instalment payment solutions and financing are provided exclusively by authorised third-party credit institutions, subject to their approval and creditworthiness assessment. The Company acts as an affiliated supplier of the goods/services and does not grant credit: it merely promotes and guides the member through the process. Promotional message: for terms, refer to the Standard European Consumer Credit Information at the lending institution.

11.Member obligations

The member undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date data and to use the services in compliance with the law and these Terms. The account and priority number are personal; any transfer to third parties is permitted only in the cases and manner provided by the Club.

12.Limitation of liability

The Company provides the services with professional diligence. It is not liable for the availability, performance or safety of products made by third-party manufacturers, without prejudice to its commitment to submit them to its exam before adding them to the catalogue. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the value of the annual fee.

13.Intellectual property

The HUMANOVA trademark, logo, texts, reports and Club materials are the property of the Company or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

14.Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms for regulatory or service reasons. Material changes will be communicated to members; continued use of the services constitutes acceptance, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

15.Governing law and disputes

The relationship is governed by [applicable / Italian law for EU consumers, to be defined with counsel]. For consumer members, the mandatory protections of their country of residence and the possibility of resorting to alternative dispute resolution bodies (ADR/ODR) remain unaffected.
